RingCentral launches direct calling system from RingeCentral for Salesforce app

RingCentral has released an in-app calling system for Salesforce. The company said the new feature will enable sales agents to make, transfer, and control phone calls directly from Salesforce, without leaving their browser. Users can select their preferred caller ID number, organise multiple calls as separate tabs on the browser, and manage incoming and outgoing calls across devices without having to download any additional software.
