UTI MF launches WhatsApp chat services for investors

On 22nd February, UTI mutual fund has launched upper-level WhatsApp chat services for investors to improve communication and engagement between the fund house officials and investors. However, the WhatsApp Service will available to both UTI MF’s existing and prospective investors.

According to the reports, the services will provide easy and convenient access to data for 24/7 automated investor backing. Moreover, it will encourage UTI MF‘s marketing and investor support services. It is also intended for opt-in users who show an interest in the company’s products and seek additional information.
