BATHINDA: Wanted in the Republic Day violence, gangster-turned-social activist Lakhvir Singh, alias Lakha Sidhana, was seen at a 'kisan mahapanchayat' in Mehraj village of Bathinda district on Tuesday.
The Delhi Police have announced a reward of Rs 1 lakh to anyone providing information about Sidhana.
The rally was organised at the grain market of Mehraj, the ancestral village of Punjab chief minister Captain Amarinder Singh.
On Friday, in a Facebook video message, Sidhan had asked people to participate in the 'mahapanchayat' on February 23 in large numbers.
He along with Punjabi actor Deep Sidhu was booked by the police after the Sikh religious flag was hoisted by protesters at the Red Fort.
