Moto Razr price slashed by Rs 20,000 in India

NEW DELHI: Launched last year, the foldable smartphone from Motorola -- Moto Razr has got a price drop in India. The smartphone has got a massive price cut of Rs 20,000. This is the second price cut of the smartphone as last year it got a price cut of Rs 30,000.
The company launched the smartphone at Rs 1,24,999 and it was selling at Rs 94,999 last year after the first price drop. Now the smartphone has received a second price cut and is available at Rs 74,999. The new price is live on the company website.
To recall, the Moto Razr features a large 6.2 inch flexible OLED display with 21:9 aspect ratio. The smartphone comes with a clamshell design and the screen closes into half with the help of the hinge mechanism.
The foldable smartphone also houses a QuickView external display which allows users to take selfies, read emails, respond to notifications, play music, use Google Assistant and more without opening the phone. Both the displays are protected with a layer of Corning Gorilla Glass 3 on top.
Moto Razr runs Android 9.0 Pie operating system and comes with a splash-proof with water-resistant coating. The foldable smartphone sports a 16MP main camera with Laser autofocus, Night Vision mode, and electronic image stabilisation. There is also a 5MP front facing camera with f/2.0 aperture.
Moto Razr is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 710 processor with Adreno 616 GPU, the smartphone packs 6GB of RAM and 128GB internal storage.
Recently, Motorola launched the Moto E7 Power smartphone in India. The entry-level budget smartphone comes with a starting price tag of Rs 7,499 and it can be purchased in Tahiti Blue and Coral Red colour options. The smartphone will be available online on Flipkart starting February 26.
