i am under QRMP

i have for jan 21 liability of -Nil

( what happen if i have liability for Jan 21 of 100.00)

i have for jan 21 ITC of CGST 990.76

& jan 21 ITC of SGST 990.76

cash ledger -nil

for dec cash GSTdeposit for cgst 769 and Ssgt 4793

my qst is-

with nil liabilities still i have to pay under 35% or 100%

or nil payment for Jan21 or or i have to pay actual liabilities if any i have 

may i pay through ITC available

may i use remaing part of ITC available for Jan 21

pl suggest what to do
