    Tata Consumer to replace GAIL in Nifty from March 31

    Synopsis

    ​​Adani Enterprises, Apollo Hospitals Enterprise, GAIL, Jubilant FoodWorks, MRF, Vedanta and YES Bank will be included in the Nifty Next 50 with effect from the same date.

    Mumbai: Tata Consumer Products will replace India in the benchmark Nifty index with effect from March 31, the Index Maintenance Sub-Committee (Equity) of the National Stock Exchange of India said on Tuesday.

    Adani Enterprises, Apollo Hospitals Enterprise, GAIL, , MRF, Vedanta and YES Bank will be included in the Nifty Next 50 with effect from the same date.

    Meanwhile, Bank of Baroda, Container Corporation of India, , Hindustan Zinc, Oracle Financial Services, Power Finance Corporation and Tata Consumer Products will be excluded from the Nifty Next 50.
