SKM gives call to women to reach Delhi border on March 8 to celebrate Int'l Women Day

Moga, Feb 22 (UNI) Bhartiya Kisan Union (Ekta-Ugrahan) leaders on Monday said the
Samyukat Kisan Morcha (SKM) gave a call to women to lay seige on Delhi border on March eight
to celebrate International Women Day.
Stating this here, BKU (Ekta-Ugrahan) President Joginder Singh Ugrahan and General Secretary
Sukhdev Singh Kokari said on the SKM call, lakhs of women from all corners of the country in
caravans will reach Delhi to protest against the contentious farm laws.
Both BKU leaders said thousands of farmers, on the SKM call, will reach Delhi borders
on the completion of three months of farmers' protest against farm laws on February 27.
They claimed that Barnala conference held on Sunday (February 21) was one of the biggest ever
conference organised in the country. Both the leaders said the Red Fort incident was planned by
the government to sabotage the image of the farmers.
