Varun Dhawan and Kirti Sanon is all set to star in upcoming horror film ‘Bhediya’. The film will be helmed by Amar Kaushik who directed Stree and Bala earlier. The film will co-star Abhishek Banerjee and Deepak Dobriyal.
The film is slated to release on April 14, 2022.
A teaser video of the upcoming movie was also unveiled. It shows a man transforming into a werewolf in the dark of night, with full moon against the backdrop.

Bhediya will a part of the horror film universe which is being backed by Dinesh Vijan’s Maddock Films. Stree and upcoming Roohi are also part of this universe. Reportedly, the production house will also back Mujha, a prequel to Stree after wrapping Bhediya.
Varun and Kirti was last seen in the blockbuster film starring Shahrukh Khan and Kajol ‘Dilwale’.
Apart from Bhediya, Varun has a few films in his kitty including Jug Jugg Jeeyo directed by Raj Mehta and co-starring Anil Kapoor, Neetu Kapoor and Kiara Advani. Kriti is currently completing the shoot of Bachchan Pandey starring Akshay Kumar.
