My client from mumbai employed in kerala and working also in kerala receiving HRA and paying rent in kerala jointly with his friends but the rent agreement is in one of his friend name and in mumbai also he pay rent. can he claim exemption of HRA of rent paid in mumbai even if his working in kerala?
