National Conference Hilal Lone has been arrested under UAPA for 'we will train terrorists' remark at a rally in Jammu and Kashmir. Hilal Lone was arrested under the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act for delivering a hate speech at a rally during last year’s district development council elections in J&K’s Bandipora. The son of NC MP Mohammad Akbar Lone, was arrested on February 15 from the MLA hostel here where he was being held captive since December last year.
