Eir working to let family members deal with complaints for vulnerable customers

Eir plans to allow family members to help resolve customer service complaints for elderly customers, reports the Irish Independent. CEO Carolan Lennon told the newspaper that Eir was working on introducing new ways for vulnerable customers to get help dealing with customer service agents on issues such as contracts and bills.
