By-elections are now to be held for four assembly seats in Rajasthan (Sujangarh, Vallabhnagar, Rajsamand and Sahada). The election schedule for these elections can be announced by the Election Commission of India by the end of this month.


According to reports, the State Election Department has finalized the by-election preparations in these four assembly constituencies. In this regard, the State Election Department has also held meetings with representatives of various political parties in the state. The political party is also ready for these by-elections.

The Election Commission has fixed the spending limit in the by-elections in 4 assembly seats in the state. It has been increased from Ak 28 to 30.80 Lakh. Only four persons and two vehicles will be allowed on the campus during the nomination under the guidelines issued for the elections.
