THANE: A fire broke out in a godown at Kothari compound in Manpada in the wee hours of Friday.
Thane Regional Disaster Management Cell confirmed that there were no casualties or injuries reported in the incident.

Around two jumbo tankers, two water tankers and a fire engine were sent to douse the flames. The cause of the fire is yet to be known.
The Thane RDMC stated that 12 tempos in the parking lot of the godown too got burnt.
The godown containing chips and cold drinks is approximately 6,200 sqft.
Currently, the cooling process is under way.
