Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) informed the exchanges Thursday that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the company will be held on February 26, 2021, to consider, inter-alia, the declaration of second interim dividend for the financial year 2020-21.
The record date for the purpose of payment of second interim dividend for the financial year 2020-21, if declared, will be on March 8, 2021.
The trading Window for trading in the securities of the company shall remain closed for all Insiders including Designated Persons, Connected Persons and their Immediate Relatives from February 19, 2021 till 48 hours after declaration of the outcome of the meeting.
Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd ended at Rs1,053.15 per piece up by Rs13.3 or 1.28% from its previous closing of Rs1,039.85 per piece on the BSE.
