Dwayne Johnson’s upcoming DC movie, Black Adam, has cast another action movie star. According to The Hollywood Reporter, Marwan Kenzari, who appeared in Netflix’s The Old Guard, will play an undisclosed role in Black Adam.
Along with Kenzari and Johnson, the movie features Noah Centineo as Atom Smasher, Quintessa Swindell as Cyclone, and Aldis Hodge as Hawkman. Black Adam will introduce the Justice Society of America. Since roles like Atom Smasher, Cyclone, and Hawkman are already taken, Kenzari will most likely play Dr. Fate in the movie. Black Adam is set to begin production in April in Atlanta.
The movie will be directed by Jaume Collet-Serra and written by Adam Sztykiel. Johnson will also serve as producer alongside Hiram Garcia, Beau Flynn, and Dany Garcia.
