The 32-year-old six-time Grammy winner took to her Twitter on Wednesday (February 17) to share a photo of her gallbladder one year after she underwent surgery to have it removed.

“weirdest pic in ur phone right now: go! Ok since no one asked mine is of the sh–ty gallbladder that had to be taken out of my body exactly a year ago. Isn’t science neat,” Kacey tweeted along with the pic.
