NEW DELHI: Silver futures on Wednesday dropped Rs 134 to Rs 69,238 per kg as participants reduced their bets on low demand. On the Multi Commodity Exchange, silver contracts for the March delivery tumbled by Rs 134, or 0.19 per cent, to Rs 69,238 per kg in a business turnover of 12,641 lots.

Silver traded lower by 0.71 per cent at $27.13 per ounce in New York.
