A1 Hrvatska brings in digital ordering for telecom services and engineer appointments

A1 Hrvatska has become the only telecommunications operator in Croatia to offer the possibility of ordering internet, TV and telephony services and of arranging visits by technicians completely online. This has been brought in by A1 Hrvatska after a survey conducted last year by Ipsos showed that, out of 406 respondents from all over Croatia, 88.2 percent wanted to activate and deactivate services in line with their current needs, and for 80.9 percent, it was important to manage tariffs and options independently via an application or web portal.
