College fees: Sanjay tells managements not to trouble students

HYDERABAD: BJP state president Bandi Sanjay Kumar on Tuesday came down heavily on private college managements saying they should not penalize the students by linking term fees and exam fees.
“I am praying for the teachers who are not getting their salaries not to be penalized further by managements” he said.
Corporate management should put a condition that students should pay term fees to be eligible to pay exam fees. Both the inter board, secondary board made it clear that students should not be asked for term fees, but despite doing so, he added. “Why is the education department silent when they are asking for a one year fee for just two months” he sought to know.
Sanjay also said that BJP will be not calm if inter students are facing any issues like in the past. “Managements should immediately pay the salaries to teachers and conduct meetings with them to resolve pending issued” he demanded. It is unfair not to pay intellectuals and educate staff, he added. He alleged that TRS regime is shielding few colleges which are not following rules. “ We will expose everyone in the due course” he warned.
