In Gujarat, the drive to administer the second dose of the Covid-19 vaccine to health workers began yesterday. Talking to AIR, State Immunization Officer Dr Nayan Jani said those who received their first dose on 16th January are being given the second dose from yesterday. Mr Jani added that 80 percent vaccination of the healthcare and frontline workers has been completed in the state so far.
