However, he made sure that she felt special by sending her a room full of roses. The singer preferred to give her magenta roses instead of the usual red. Nick Jonas also wrote a note for her along with a picture of the couple horse-riding. It was from the time when they enjoyed horse-riding on the beaches of California. In reply, Priyanka Chopra wrote that he was her 'forever guy' and she missed him badly. The actress has opened up about her dating life in her memoir, Unfinished. The lady said she worked really hard in the first two decades of her career and it left little time for love. She figured out that she was in an unhappy space, and decided to take a break. She wrote, "I know that I felt guilty about having so little time to spend with whomever I was dating during those years and so I'd end up over-compensating. I would prioritize my partners' schedules over mine, cancelling work commitments or what little time I had with friends and family in order to accommodate the needs of my partner at the time. I never missed a shot, but I might go late to set, or I would keep set waiting because I was on a phone call in my trailer. The professionalism with which I normally conducted myself seemed to disappear when I was romantically involved with someone. It would be years I figured out why I fell into this pattern."
