Titagarh Wagons Limited has been awarded a contract for construction and supply of five Diving Support Craft (‘DSC’) from the Indian Navy. The value of an order is about Rs174.76cr only, the company said in a regulatory filing on Friday. As per the contract, the DSC has to be supplied within 30 months approximately.
The company stock ended trade at Rs52.65 per piece up by Rs2.25 or 4.46% on Monday from its previous closing of Rs50.40 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs53 per piece and touched a high and low of Rs53.50 and Rs52.10 respectively during intraday trade on Monday. A total of 15,81,592 (NSE+BSE) shares were traded on the counter.
