Dhankhar prorogues WB Legislative Assembly from Feb 15

Kolkata, Feb 15 (UNI) West Bengal Governor Jagdeep Dhankhar on Monday prorogued the West Bengal Legislative Assembly from February 15, 2021.

Taking to his Twitter handle, Mr Dhankhar said, " In terms of Sub-Clause (a) of Clause (2) of Article 174 of the Constitution of India, Governor West Bengal Jagdeep Dhankhar has prorogued the West Bengal Legislative Assembly from Feb 15, 2021, taking note of recommendation dated Feb 15 to this effect @MamataOfficial. "
