Thomas Cook India wins CNBC 'India Risk Management Award' for the fourth time since inception

Thomas Cook India, India’s leading integrated travel services company has won the CNBC India Risk Management Award in the Travel & Leisure category for the fourth time since inception.

The India Risk Management Awards presented by CNBC-TV18 jointly with ICICI Lombard, were conceptualised to recognise corporations that effectively devise & deploy a ‘Boundaryless Risk Management' architecture that augments the strength of businesses in the new normal. The selection process consisted of a thorough analysis of the company’s data, systems and frameworks and was judged by a panel of experts.

Thomas Cook India has been declared winner in the Travel & Leisure category in recognition of its robust Enterprise Risk Management framework and effective use of technology. In the face of the COVID-19 pandemic, the company’s processes have helped it continuously navigate and minimize risk, while maximizing business potential even in uncertain times.

Thomas Cook (India) Ltd ended at Rs47.95 up by Rs0.5 or 1.05% from its previous closing of Rs47.45 on the BSE.
