The authority comes out with housing schemes and lottery draws, to allot homes to the deprived communities staying in the state. Now, the Rajasthan Housing Board has also started auctioning the flats, to dispose of the left-over apartments from the previous schemes. Rajasthan Housing Board allotment procedure
All applicants need to pay a processing fee, to apply for any auction or lottery scheme. This fee may vary, depending upon the category.

Rajasthan Housing Board: Latest schemes
Plots in Kota, Bikaner, Jaipur: The Rajasthan Housing Board was offering plots at prime locations in Kota, Bikaner and Jaipur in January 2021, through e-auction. For this, an applicant was required to pay at least 13% of the cost online, as earnest money deposit, to participate in the bidding process. The auction closed on January 22, 2021.
Premium commercial properties in Jaipur and Sawai Madhopur: Shops and showroom spaces were being offered in the prime market location, through e-auction. This scheme also ended on January 22, 2021. However, a few shops are still available and interested applicants can contact the RHB to apply for it.
