Machine Gun Kelly Appears to Have Megan Fox's Blood in a Vial Around His Neck

Machine Gun Kelly and Megan Fox exchanged Valentine’s Day messages to each other on Sunday (February 14).

In Machine Gun Kelly‘s message, he actually included what appeared to be a drop of his girlfriend’s blood in a vial that he wears around his neck. It’s not confirmed if the vial does contain blood, but the comments from fans certainly suggest this could be the case!

“i wear your blood around my neck,” MGK, whose real name is Colson Baker, captioned the series of photos.

If you missed it, fans thought Megan and Machine Gun Kelly might be engaged, but she had something to say about those rumors.
