NEW DELHI: S&P BSE SmallCap stocks were trading on a positive note at 02:25PM (IST) on Monday.
Shares of HLE Glasscoat (up 20.0 per cent), Goldiam International (up 19.99 per cent), Mahindra CIE Automotive Ltd (up 19.18 per cent), Clariant Chemiclas (India) (up 15.44 per cent) and OnMobile Global (up 14.58 per cent) were among the top gainers.
While Ircon International (down 9.12 per cent), Power Mech Projects (down 8.95 per cent), Fiem Industries (down 8.38 per cent), Timken India (down 7.34 per cent) and Pennar Industries (down 6.74 per cent) were the top losers in the index.
The S&P BSE SmallCap index was trading 0.56 per cent up at 19730.98 around 02:25PM.
Benchmark NSE Nifty50 index was up 133.55 points at 15296.85, while the BSE Sensex was up 532.53 points at 52076.83.
Among the 50 stocks in the Nifty index, 28 were trading in the green, while 22 were in the red.
Shares of Vodafone Idea, Suzlon Energy, Motherson Sumi, PNB and YES Bank were among the most traded shares on the NSE.
Shares of MahindraCIE, Route Mobile, Apollo Hospital and Adani Gas hit their fresh 52week high in today's trade, while Chandrima Mercantiles Ltd., Devhari Exports (India) Ltd., Mitshi India Ltd., Sanwaria Consumer Ltd., Suncare Traders Ltd., Vani Commercials Ltd., Interactive Financial Services Ltd., Meenakshi Enterprises Ltd., Padmanabh Industries Ltd. and Anupam Finserv Ltd. hit fresh 52week low in trade.
