On the occasion of Valentine's Day, the couple made the announcement of the baby boy's name. They have named him Sufi. The couple posed with some balloons as they made the declaration. Nakuul Mehta wrote in his caption, "A name that we decided when we were 3 months pregnant for our to-be first born, irrespective of the gender. Sufi symbolises spirituality, art, philosophy, literature, soul, song and everything that we stand for and beyond. From the time you were born, you have filled up our lives and hearts with so much love and if I'm allowed to customise this caption dictated by the Missus, sleepless nights." Nakuul Mehta is famous with Indian TV all over the globe as Shivaay Singh Oberoi from Ishqbaaaz. He is also deeply into poetry, cricket and writing.
