17 injured as MSRTC bus overturns in Telangana

Nanded, Feb 14 (UNI) As many as 17 people were injured when a State Transport-run bus overturned at Kamareddy town of Telangana early on Sunday.

The ‘Shivshahi’ bus with 36 passengers onboard was travelling from Nanded to Hyderabad on Saturday evening. As it reached near Kamareddy, the driver of the bus lost control over the wheel and as a result it turned turtle, injuring 17 including the driver Vijayakumar Wagashe, conductor Abdul Kareem and 15 passengers.

All the injured were admitted at the government hospital in Kamareddy, sources said.
