In the early morning hours on Sunday, at least 14 people got killed, and four were injured in a collision between a bus and a truck near Madarpur village in Kurnool district of Andhra Pradesh. Injured have been admitted to Government General Hospital.
Meanwhile, 40 bodies have been recovered from different areas that were affected by the glacier burst in Chamoli district in Uttarakhand, while 166 people are still missing.
In another news, voting for the 117 Punjab urban local bodies, including eight high-stake municipal corporations, began on Sunday. Polling started at 8 am, and will continue till 4 pm
