WBPRB Recruitment 2021: Notification released for Agragami posts in WBCEF and Civil Defence, apply from Feb 22

NEW DELHI: West Bengal Police Recruitment Board, Kolkata has released a recruitment notification to the post of Agragami in the West Bengal Civil Emergency Force (WBCEF) and Agragami in the Water Wing Civil Defence (WWCD) in Civil Defence Organisation, West Bengal, under the Department of Disaster Management & Civil Defence.
Applicant for the post must know swimming. They have to complete 50 meters swimming. They are also required to complete 800 meters run in 200 seconds.
Interested and eligible Indian citizen, excluding female, can apply for the above-mentioned posts online on the official website - http://wbpolice.gov.in/ - starting from February 22, 2021. Candidates can apply up to 5 pm on March 22, 2021.
The last date of deposit of Application and/or Processing Fees in respect of only the applicants applying through on-line using Punjab National Bank (erstwhile United Bank of India) challan, will be 24.03.2021 during banking hours due to technical reasons.
Applicants must visit the websites of West Bengal Police (www.wbpolice.gov.in) and website of Civil Defence (http://wbdmd.gov.in/Civil_Defence/CD_Default.aspx) to ascertain the eligibility criteria in detail, method of selection, scheme of examination, procedure for submission of application form and other terms & conditions.
WBPRB Agragami Recruitment 2021: Age Limit
The applicant must not be less than 18 (eighteen) years old and must not be more than 40 (forty) years old as on 01/01/2021. The Upper-age limit shall be relaxed for the SC/ST candidates of West Bengal only by 05 (five) years and OBC candidates of West Bengal only by 03 (three) years.

The applicant must have passed Madhyamik Examination from the West Bengal Board of Secondary Education or its equivalent.
