Entertainment Weekly reports NBC announced on Thursday that the police comedy starring Andy Samberg, Andre Braugher, Terry Crews, Melissa Fumero, Stephanie Beatriz, Joe Lo Truglio, Dirk Blocker and Joel McKinnon Miller will end. According to the publication, the final ten episodes will only air in 2021-2022.
Filming for the show is set to resume in the coming weeks after it was shut down due to the coronavirus pandemic.
The official Twitter account shared a statement by producer Dan Goor with the caption: "The way I see it, if this is to be our last ride then let us go out in a blaze of glory."
