Indian pricing and release dates for the PC release of the Kingdom Hearts franchise has been revealed thanks to listings on the Epic Games Store.
Kingdom Hearts HD 1.5 + 2.5 ReMIX is available for Rs. 2,999, Kingdom Hearts HD 2.8 Final Chapter Prologue, Kingdom Hearts 3 + Re Mind and Kingdom Hearts Melody of Memory are available for Rs. 3,999 each. All four releases will happen on the same date of March 30.
The PC versions of all the Kingdom Hearts games were announced last night, when it was also revealed that the series will only be available on the Epic Games Store. There is no word yet on whether we can expect to see the games on other stores later on down the line.
Kingdom Hearts originally made its debut on the PlayStation 2 back in 2002. Since then, the series has enjoyed a massive fanbase thanks to its marriage between Square Enix's Final Fantasy worlds with many settings and characters from Disney's large variety of movies.
While the first and second games were released exclusively on the PS2, the series has enjoyed life on many different platforms, ranging from the GameBoy Advance all the way to the Nintendo 3DS. Kingdom Hearts 3 was the first game in the franchise to debut as a multiplatform game on both PlayStation 4 as well as Xbox One back in 2019.
While no new games have been announced for the franchise, series creator Tetsuya Nomura has stated that many stories are yet to be told in the Kingdom Hearts universe.
