health condition of Tamil nationalist
Pazha Nedumaran, who tested positive for
Covid-19 and was admitted to Rajiv Gandhi Government General Hospital in Chennai on Thursday night, is stable,
doctors treating him said on Friday night.
"There is 20% lung involvement, but he is doing well," said a senior doctor treating him.
DMK leader M K Stalin on Friday wished a speedy recovery of Nedumaran. In a Facebook post, Stalin said he was saddened to hear that Pazha Nedumaran had tested positive for Covid-19. He said the veteran Tamil activist had been fighting for the rights of Eelam Tamils for a long time.
