NEW DELHI: Refined soya oil prices on Friday rose by Rs 2.1 to Rs 1,126 per 10 kg in futures trade as speculators raised their bets. On the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange, refined soya oil for February delivery moved up by Rs 2.1, or 0.19 per cent, to Rs 1,126 per 10 kg in 15,160 lots.

Refined soya oil contracts for March delivery rose by Rs 3.4, or 0.3 per cent, to Rs 1,122.1 per 10 kg in 36,760 lots.

Analysts said widening of positions by traders mainly helped refined soya oil prices to trade higher in futures market.
