Janta clinics will be opened across Rajasthan as soon as the corona effect is reduced. Medical and Health Minister Dr. Raghu Sharma has given this kind of information in response to the supplementary questions asked in this regard by the MLAs in the Question Hour.
Dr. Raghu Sharma informed that 12 Janata Clinics were started in 5 months after the budget announcement of 2019-20. According to the announcement, these will be operated in buildings provided by donors and social workers and their expenses will be borne by the CSR Fund itself. Physicians in Janta Clinic will be provided by the department and nursing staff will be provided by NHM.
He informed that a scheme of Janata Clinic has been brought by the state government to provide immediate medical care to the citizens near their place of residence. In this, medicines are provided under the free medicines scheme. A total of 172 people from all over the state and 50 people from Jaipur city have been asked to open clinics.
