Kendall Jenner channeled the 1990s with her latest ensemble that looked straight off the set of “Friends.”
The model posed for a quick mirror selfie on Instagram Stories last night to show off her monochrome set as styled by Dani Michelle. The outfit layered a navy cardigan shrug from buzzy French brand Jacquemus atop a color-coordinating spaghetti-strap midi-length dress; the form-fitting number also features a bold backless finish and retails for $745 at Farfetch.com.
Spaghetti-strap tops and dresses as well as retro-chic cardigans are both experiencing a moment on the fashion scene amidst revitalizations of late 1990s and early 2000s trends such as combat boots and low-rise bottoms.

Continuing the branded look, Jenner appeared to tap Jacquemus once more for her footwear of choice. The sleek black boots included an elongated pointed toe and knee-high fit, all set atop a lifted block heel. Similar pairs from the French label retailed originally for $1,023 but can be found on sale for $716 courtesy of MyTheresa.

Cardigans and retro-chic pieces are a common theme in the 25-year-old’s closet as she remains on top of trends throughout every season. From her floral and furry cropped sweater at Christmas time to her 2000s-chic North Face puffer and combat boots in the fall, the model is no stranger to buzzy styling pieces.

When it comes to footwear, you can oftentimes find the “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” star in a selection of trending shoes. The supermodel’s closet often includes more of an edgy, tomboyish touch, adding in pieces like chunky Prada combat boots and Dr. Marten brogues. Still, the older Jenner sister appreciates a trending sneaker just like her youngest sibling, Kylie Jenner, previously stepping out in a mix of unreleased styles and buzzy pairs from Nike, New Balance, Off-White and more.
Beyond her own personal shoe style, Kendall also previously starred in campaigns for Longchamp, Stuart Weitzman, Versace and other major fashion powerhouses. The media personality’s go-to picks for off-duty attire include but Far, Fendi, Jacquemus and Hermès as well. Together Kendall and her younger sister, Kylie Jenner, successfully started their own eponymous brand as well; the Kendall + Kylie label serves up a selection of hit apparel, footwear and accessories.
