MTN Group has introduced its a new Employee Value Proposition (EVP) entitled "Live Inspired". Following the challenges brought about by Covid-19, the operator has adopted a new, organisation-wide approach that moves away from older, conventional ways of working.  MTN has brought in "smart" working principles such as flexible hours and location to balance work with leisure time.
