Teleste declares long-term incentive plan for key employees

Finnish network specialist Teleste has announced a long-term, performance-based share incentive programme for 33 key employees. The three-year plan requires investment in Teleste shares as a condition for employee participation. There is a matching share element with a three-year vesting period based on the individual investment, and a performance share element with a three-year performance period.
