Micromax will soon launch a 5G-enabled phone, wireless headphones, confirms co-founder Rahul Sharma

Domestic smartphone brand Micromax that recently made a comeback in the smartphone market of the country is working on launching a 5G-ready handset soon.
This was announced by company’s co-founder Rahul Sharma via a Q&A video where he addressed several questions.
Responding to a question about when Micromax will release a 5G smartphone, Sharma said that the R&D team of the company is working extensively on the development of a 5G phone. However, there is no tentative timeline for the launch yet though.
Besides this, Sharma also revealed that the company is working on developing smartphone accessories too. Responding to a query about when Micromax will launch accessories like power banks, earphones, Bluetooth headphones and more, Sharma hinted that it may soon launch truly wireless earbuds. He also emphasised that the design of these audio products will be ‘unique’ and the technology that will powering them will be ‘new.’
Back in November, Micromax launched new devices under In smartphone series -- Micromax In 1b and Micromax In Note 1.
Micromax In Note 1 is priced at Rs 10,999 for the base model of 4GB+64GB. Another model with 4GB +128GB storage can be purchased at Rs 12,499. Micromax In 1b has two RAM models -- 2GB and 4GB paired with 32GB and 64GB storage capacity,, which are priced at Rs 6,999 and Rs 7,999 for the 2GB and 4GB models.

When they had golden chance they did only tagging work instead of R&D... And that too third class quality mobiles... Now people has lost faith..
