Open Fiber signs EUR 4 mln deal to bring FTTH to Crema

Italian wholesale operator Open Fiber has announced an agreement with Crema town council in the northern Lombardy region to bring FTTH services to the town in an investment of around EUR 4 million. The company said it plans to bring broadband at speeds of up to 1Gbps to some 13,000 premises and 30 buildings such as schools and public administration offices over the next 18 months.
