NEW DELHI: A 19-year-old man was arrested from southwest Delhi’s RK Puram for allegedly morphing pictures of women into sexually explicit content.
According to police, the teen was a digital stalker who took pictures available on social media like Instagram. He used to blackmail the women by threatening to upload those pictures on social media to defame them.
The accused has been identified as Rahim Khan (19). He ran his Instagram handle by the name of ch_rahim_khan786 and had been allegedly stalking, morphing pictures and blackmailing women for the last six months.
