Aamir Khan and Reena Dutta's daughter Ira Khan has been sharing several videos on battling depression. The theatre director opened about mental illness in 2020 with a video which instantly went viral on the Internet. Recently, Ira attended her cousin's wedding and shared a few photos from the ceremony. Now, in her latest video, the star kid how she had to put efforts to smile at the wedding while feeling like an 'absolute cr*p'.
Ira is heard saying in the video, "I can be seen smiling in all the wedding photos... but I hit a burn out. And I didn't have enough time to deal with my burn out. So, I would work and work and work, come home and cry and then wake up and rush to work."
She also says, "I wanted to be part of the wedding. I didn't want to just be in bed and cry. But I slept a lot. Feel bad for not being as involved as I wanted to be... I can be happy for their wedding and still feel like absolute cr*p."
The theatre director concluded by saying, "I am okay but I'm also crying a lot."
