Global Kitchen Lecture Series – Topic: Making Dumplings and Traditional Paper Cutting Workshop

Each presenter will explain the defining produce, herbs, and spices, and share their unique story. They will lead the audience through a 30-minute recipe, with ingredients shared in advance, so the audience can participate.

Topic: Making Dumplings and Traditional Paper Cutting Workshop
(Celebrate Lunar New Year - Year of the Ox)

With Yu Tsui Lin, World Languages and Literatures, College of Staten Island

Ingredients: wonton wrappers, fillings (meat or carrots), fresh ginger, garlic, cabbage, mushrooms, and eggs. Bring a pair of scissors and some construction paper.
