Police have arrested two persons in connection with the theft of cash and ornaments worth around Rs 50,000 from a temple in Pimpri village last week, an official said.
The incident took placeon February 5.The police examined footage of CCTVs installed in the village and neigbouring areas and nabbed two persons from Kharghar in Navi Mumbai on Sunday. The stolen cash and gold have been recovered from them. An auto used for the crime was also seized.
