Dutch mobile operators caution Parliament on 3.5 GHz auction plans

Dutch mobile operators are urging Parliament to make changes to the 3.5 GHz auction. In a letter sent by KPN, T-Mobile Netherlands, the operators warn that the two-part auction, as planned by the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Climate, will yield unpredictable and perhaps undesired results.
