A London hedge fund employee lost his fight to avoid extradition to Germany as part of its probe into tax-evasion.

Vijaya Sankar, who works as an operations manager for Duet Group, was arrested under a European Arrest Warrant at his home in June and has been on bail ever since. A London judge ruled Tuesday that the German extradition request was valid.

The allegations include three tax frauds relating to Cum-Ex trading from late 2009 to July 2010, his lawyer said in a court filing. The 44-year-old hasn’t been charged with a crime.

He had already lost a bid to challenge the warrant based on Brexit.
