New Zealand's Crown Company Network for Learning (N4L) has appointed Michelle Leadsom to the newly created role of chief customer and brand officer. Leadsom will lead N4L's growing customer-centric team, heading a customer experience for the 860,000 students, teachers and school staff using N4L's internet services for learning. The role spans engagement with the education sector, schools and their ICT partners, customer support and marketing.
