New Zealand operator Spark has appointed Heather Graham as CEO of its CCL subsidiary, effective 31 March. Computer Concepts Limited (CCL) is Spark New Zealand's provider of cloud and ICT services. Graham joins CCL from cloud and enterprise software company Oracle.
