The management and supervisory boards of German cable operator Tele Columbus have recommend shareholders to accept the acquisition offer from Kublai, after a detailed examination of the documents relating to the offer and on the basis of independent fairness opinions. The minimum acceptance threshold for the offer is 50 percent. Kublai, a company affiliated with Morgan Stanley Infrastructure, announced a voluntary public takeover offer for Tele Columbus on 21 December at EUR 3.25 per share.
